Good for a night in Walsall

I stayed 2 nights in a family suite. The room was spacious and easy to access from the car park, which is a big plus! The reception area was really nicely done up too. Had a good hot shower, but the carpet in the bedroom definitely needed a better clean—too much hair from previous guests. Breakfast options were decent.

The shower was a letdown with barely any water pressure and not a lot of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful, though they couldn’t do much about the building’s shortcomings. The restaurant was closed, adding to the inconvenience. I really wanted to like my stay more, but some serious upgrades are necessary.
