The hotel is nicely decorated and the staff, especially the receptionists, are very pleasant. the breakfasts are nice and include toast and alcoholic drinks. the location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated in a lovely neighborhood and close to the bar, reception, dining areas, and town center.

Staff were pleasant, room was huge and cheap for quality received.

Didn't like the area, it was poor.

The staff was most helpful in assisting us with travel reservations and info and info for the town.

Great staff and rooms, real good stay as my first visit a couple of years ago. Cheap and updated rooms and superb bar area. Stunning and easy location close to town centre, easy to get anywhere.

The hotel had a perfect and excellent location next to the garden and the bar/ restaurant. the staff, especially the receptionists, were fairly friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Friendly and helpful, extremely pleasant stay would do so again.

The light bulbs are low energy ones and I understand that keeping costs low is an important factor in running a business. They were however very dim and my old eyes need a brighter light when reading. A stupid complaint but important to me. Everything else was great.

All staff friendly and most helpful Evening meal in restaurant was excellent as was breakfast.

Carpet in our room was badly stained but the added touches e.g. mineral water, biscuits on tray and as many more tea bags as you wish made up for that.

The room was spacious with a nice-sized bathroom, and the breakfast had a great selection including toast and alcoholic beverages.

The Kitchens Ventilator blowing outside my opened window, and the coughing in the room next door was to close...

The location here is perfect, and we would definitely stay here again when we come back in the area since it's a modern place, but the curtains couldn't be closed.

The rooms are a good size and offer great value with amenities like toiletries, cupboards, and a heater for a fantastic stay, plus it's in a central location.

Very friendly welcome and a natural willingness to help and assist in any way possible. An incredibly friendly atmosphere, indeed a pleasure to stay there.
