I had an awesome time with friends exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful park and some local eateries. Our stay was fun, and the rooms were clean. Just a heads up, you might want to bring your own toiletries. I’d highly recommend staying here.
We had an uncomfortable experience with the bed. the pillows had very little filling and weren’t great for a good night's sleep.

Good for a night in Walsall
I stayed 2 nights in a family suite. The room was spacious and easy to access from the car park, which is a big plus! The reception area was really nicely done up too. Had a good hot shower, but the carpet in the bedroom definitely needed a better clean—too much hair from previous guests. Breakfast options were decent.

The ground floor room had a nice layout, but the walls really needed a fresh coat of paint. Cleaning wasn’t up to par, with dust in the corners and stains on the floors. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, and my phone had no signal, making it hard to stay connected. I enjoyed the comfortable bed initially, but it quickly felt less accommodating with noise drifting in from the street outside. The shower was a letdown with barely any water pressure and not a lot of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful, though they couldn’t do much about the building’s shortcomings. The restaurant was closed, adding to the inconvenience. I really wanted to like my stay more, but some serious upgrades are necessary.

The communal areas, particularly the reception, were appealing, but the condition of the Twin Room was disappointing, with mold and dust evident in the bathroom. The unreasonably hot bathroom radiator made our stay uncomfortable, and an unfortunate mix-up led to someone entering our room uninvited during the night. While the location offered convenient parking, the service and overall experience fell short of expectations.
